Regla general - Los comparativos y superlativos se forman en inglés de tres formas: Los adjetivos irregulares :
good	bueno
better	mejor
the best	el mejor

bad	malo
worse	peor
the worst	el peor

far	lejos
farther/further	mas lejos
the farther /furthers	el más lejano
Los adjetivos cortos : Se les añade- er,est -Monosílabos:(tall,short,fat,big) Los bisilabos acabados en: y-er-le-ow (happy,tender,narrow,noble) Los bisílabos con acento en la última sílaba:(polite,profound,sincere)
angry	enfadado
angrier	más enfadado
the angriest	el más enfadado
Si terminan en "y" se transforma en "i" al añadir -er/est
narrow	estrecho
narrower	más estrecho
the narrowerst	el más estrecho

big	grande
bigger	mas grande
the biggest	el más grande
Si son monosílabos y tienen esta forma :consonante,vocal,consonante se les dobla la consonante
Los adjetivos largos: se les añade: more,the most delante

difficult	difícil

boring	aburrido
